The collapse of Moscow's judgment of the Bank confirmation that the financial pyramids are not new-fangled phenomenon, but all new is well forgotten old. The Bank was ruined by the fall of 1875. The reason was as the criminal machinations of individuals, and the elementary incompetence of the customers. 12 October is the day when people were informed that the Bank is no longer able to meet their obligations to depositors and payment of the Deposit, as well as their return, stopped. It seems that such stories have no expiration date, which is a pity.
Do I need to explain that the most vulnerable small investors, who all my money and decided to keep "in a safe place"? And resulted in one day lost everything.
