Born in 1940 in Kol'chugino Vladimir region. In 1959 he graduated from the SHPU-42 and began working at the factory "Russian gems". In 1971 transferred to Sverdlovsk jewelry factory, the Chief artist of which he was in 1991-1998. The winner of various exhibitions and jewellery competitions in which he participates since 1964.
