Born in 1941 in the village Golovenchitsy Chaussy district, Mogilev region Belarus. In 1967 he moved to the village of Arsen'yevo, Tula region. In 1979, he established and headed the regional creative Association of artists "Etude". Party district (1973,2005,2007,2008), regional (1976-1979), zonal (1989) and USSR(1987) exhibitions. Personal exhibition in Tula (1989, 1990, 1991, 1995, 1997, 2007).
