Nikolay
Slobodyanik

Born January 19, 1971.

In 1990 he graduated from Art school. Serov (now the Roerich), specialty "graphic design".

In 2000 graduated from St. Petersburg state academic Institute of painting, sculpture and architecture. I. E. Repin (workshop of national artist of Russia, winner GOS. awards taught by Edward Kochergin).

Since 2001 member of Union of artists of Russia.

Member of the art group "Scavengers" (graphic performances, plastic objects, photo, painting, graphics).

Participant of numerous art exhibitions in Russia and abroad.

N. Slobodyanik is the author of scenographic design for 30 performances in different theatres of Russia.

The winner of the Special jury prize "For the set design of the" V International theatrical festival "rainbow" (2004) and the prize of the St. Petersburg branch of the theatre Union of Russia for design of the performance "Oblom-off" by M. Ugarov (dir. E. Chernyshov, TYUZ, Yekaterinburg).

Prize winner of the VII International theatre festival "Meetings in Russia" (2005) for the set design for the play "C major" (dir. E. Chernyshov, Theatre-festival "Baltic house", St. Petersburg).
