Outstanding folk craftswoman of Ukrainian tapestry.

She was born 13 Oct 1896 in St. Eunuchs,now S. Veselynivka, Kiev region., died 16 Oct 1970 in Kiev. Ukrainian master of carpet weaving,the master of folk decorative art of the USSR since 1936. Major works-themed carpets and tapestries "T. G. Shevchenko"(1938), "the Reunification of Ukraine with Russia"(1957) and others. In 1917 one of her tapestries was awarded a gold medal at the St. Petersburg exhibition. He taught at the Kiev acilisi folk decorative art. The basics of carpet weaving and the style of Natalia Vovk has got many future masters of Ukrainian tapestry.
