Graphic designer, watercolorist. People's artist of the USSR.

Illustrated books: "the Quiet don", "Win Prometheus: the Stories about electricity". In 1939 he participated in the exhibition of works of a workshop of artists and theatre designers Committee ARTS,

in 1947, the exhibition "Theatre artists of Leningrad in 1946 – 1947".

Krzyzanowski declared himself as an admirer of the art of the Silver age, creating a portrait

M. Kuzmin (1931) and the picture in the album O. Hildebrandt (now in the collection of the Museum of Anna Akhmatova in the fountain house).
