Born in 1971 in Krasnodar. In 1998 he graduated from Moscow state academic art Institute. V. I. Surikov, monumental Department. Since 1994, the constant participant of exhibitions in Russia and abroad. The works of S. O. Belova were sold at auction Sothebys - ArtLink. Works are in the Museum of history of Moscow, Museum of the Russian Academy of painting, sculpture and architecture, in the Museum of St. Etchmiadzin (Armenia), in private collections and galleries of Russia, Bulgaria, Japan, Hong Kong, Holland and America.
