Born June 10, 1977 in Ferghana region of Uzbekistan, the village of Mindon, in dekhkan family.
In 1995 he entered in 2000 graduated with honours from the painting Department of the Tashkent art College named. Benkov.
The first teachers of this program were the teachers of the College Husan Rashidovich Amines and Khakim Mirzaakhmedov Karimovich.
The first exhibition Dilshoda Achmatova took place during his studies in 1999 at the school where he has presented 20 of his creations.

Began studying in the Studio of academician N. Kuzibaeva after academician Sobir Rakhmetov.
Thesis in 2005 – historical painting (see 185х300) on a historical theme – a portrait of Jaloliddin Manguberdi on horseback in battle with Genghis Khan.
The painting was immediately placed in the Central hall of the National Institute of arts and design. K. Behzad, where it is now.

— Annual participation since 2005 in a Traditional Winter Republican exhibition "Nature and artist" in the Central exhibition hall of Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan;
