Silinsh

Graduated from Riga secondary school of arts of J. Rozentals (1977) and the Latvian State Academy of art with degree work "Against the wind" (led by I. Vecozols).

He worked as a teacher in high school Mersraga (1984 – 1986) and lecturer at the Riga College of applied art.

K. siliņš was a member of the Union of artists since 1985.

The artist has participated in exhibitions since 1981. His work has been in exhibitions in Sweden (1990) Germany (1992), France (1993, 1997), Australia (1993), Israel (1997), Spain (1998).

Personal exhibitions are organized in Riga (1992, 1994, 1996, 1998), Paris (1992) and Ventspils (1998, together with H. Silins).
