Was born in Tashkent in 1955. She graduated from the Tashkent state musical College in piano in 1975. Further, in 1991, Ruma graduated from the School of advertising design in Moscow. Is a member of professional-creative Union of artists of Russia International Federation of artists. The artist's works are in galleries and private collections in Russia, France, Spain, UK, Italy, USA, Germany, New Zealand.
