In 1859, adopted a student at the Academy of fine arts. In 1863 he received sitestat of completion of the scientific course. In 1862 - 2 silver medal for the project "building for magistrates," in 1866 - 1 silver medal for the program "Project home for it's school for 600 girls coming., in 1867 - 2 gold medal for "the project of a house for care of the elderly brave warriors of officer rank". In 1869 the title of class artist 1 Stepney for the project "the main passenger station in the rail." (Kondakov)
