Born January 3, 1940 in the village of Kovali (Kaval) Urmarskogo district of the Chuvash Republic.

“Nikolai Ivanovich Sadykov gained fame in the Republic first of all as a competent Museum worker, chief curator of Chuvash art galleries, persistent collector of undeservedly forgotten works by Russian and Soviet artists of different schools, highly qualified restorer, returned to the life of many paintings of outstanding masters of the past. Now it is a prominent painter and graphic artist, successfully performing at the exhibitions of the country with original landscapes, still lifes, portraits, in which he found his individual handwriting and style.” (Nikolay Ivanovich Sadykov. He worked as a draftsman in the Institute “Chuvash the civil project”, restorer of the all-Russian art scientific and restoration center them. I. E. Grabar, Moscow, Director of the Chuvash state art Museum. Participated in Republican, zonal and all-Russian exhibitions.

The author of over 40 articles on issues of art. Major works: “Birch”, “Moscow”, “Landscape machine”, series “Monuments of Cheboksary”, series “construction of the plant Promtractor”, “still life with the Chuvash siburom”, etc.
