Biography and information
Lived and worked in St. Petersburg, attended classes at the Academy. The author of portraits of Leo Tolstoy, Kuprin, Chekhov, Tchaikovsky and other famous men of his time. From the 1920's in Moscow, taking pictures of Lenin, Lunacharsky, Chicherin, the author of the reportage shots from the construction of the first five. Died in besieged Leningrad.
