Nar. architect Of the USSR (1978). He graduated from the Tallinn Polytechnic Institute (1950). From 1950 he worked at the Institute "Ectoproct", 1961-89 chief architect of this Institute. In 1955-79 before. the Board of the SA ect.SSR. Hands. planning and development of Tallinn and its districts, one of the authors of the project of the building of the Communist party of China (1968), hotel "Viru" (1972) and other buildings.
