Student of the Academy of fine arts in 1865, In 1866, got 2 silver medal. In 1868 he was excluded from the number of pupils, with translation into the category of auditors. In 1872 he received 2 silver and a great incentive medal.

Graph, decorator. He studied at St. Petersburg Academy of arts (1865 – 1872). In 1865 and 1872 he was awarded two silver medals and honorable mentions. In 1880 he designed a number of performances for St. Petersburg theaters: "Boris Godunov", "the Tsar Ivan the terrible" and others Collaborated with the magazine "Jester".
