A strongly projecting bay window with a balcony above it is cut across the corner of the building at the level of the second and third floors. At present, there is no decor on the bay window, but on the projects and dimensioned drawings, it shows elegant platbands, combined with vertical rods, the same as on both facades.
Due to the fact that tall figured sandriks with macaroons are connected by a convex profiled belt, the middle tier of the house is effectively distinguished.
The decision of the mansard roof is also interesting, where a turret with a scaly coating and a spire is located above the cut-off corner.

In 1912 the building was significantly expanded due to the construction of a new building on Sablinskaya Street. - architects N. S. Rezvy and L. M. Yarugsky, but it retained all the details of decoration, exactly reproduced in the attached part. The new building has a somewhat less complex asymmetrical plan, the bay window ends with an attic, the upper part is decorated with pediment and forceps.

The originality of the space-spatial solution with undoubtedly greater compliance of the decoration with the chosen style favorably distinguishes this house from the possible direct role model - the house of Gorbovsky architect Schaub V. V. (A. Burdyalo argued about the forms of style).
