Biography and information
French architect. He served in the Military settlements of the Novgorod province. In 1821 SPb Academy of arts recognized as "designated" for an essay on civil architecture: "Architecture civile, maisons de ville et de campagne". In 1823 was awarded the title of honorary member of the Imperial Academy of arts.
