Student of the Academy of arts from 1881 To 1885 he graduated from the course Sciences. Received medals: in 1883 two 2 silver; in 1885 – 1 silver; in 1888, 2 gold for the program: "the Project of Gostiny Dvor". 2 Nov 1887 – the title of class artist of 1 degree for the project "Theatre school". Since 1895 approved for 5 years as an assistant on the subject of building art in the Higher art school of the Imperial Academy of arts; in 1900, re-elected; since 1906 has been a teacher of the art of building in a given school.
