Biography and information
A graduate of the Academy of arts from 1770 Retired I. I. Betskoy. Received medals: in 1783 – 2 and 1 silver; in 1785 – 2 gold for the task: "Building vicegerent of the Board". In 1790, were issued with a certificate of 1 degree.
