Biography and information
Student of the Academy of arts from 1880 To 1881, received 1 and 2 silver medals and then graduated from the course Sciences; in 1882 – the title of class artist of 2 degrees for "draft theater with 2,000 people in the capital city on an open square"; in 1883 the title of class artist of 1 degree. The architect of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the separation of the industrial College of the Ministry of National Education. Teacher at the Higher art school at the Academy of fine arts and Institute of Civil engineers.
