Was born in Tashkent. He graduated from the Tashkent Republican HOO to them. Benkov, studied in M. Dimova (1990). Worked for some time in Italy. Since 1996 lives and works in Sumy. Works are in numerous private collections in Ukraine, Russia, Italy, Germany, Japan and the UK.
