Selkovo D. was born in Zagorsk (now Sergiev Posad) of the district in 1940, he Graduated from vocational school of Bogorodskoe (1955) and the Department of artistic treatment of wood, AHPU (1968). Artist of decorative and applied art, wood Carver, sculptor. A resident of hotkovo (1968). Worked as a teacher of basics of performance skills in AGPU (1968-1975). Member of the CX (1980), honored artist of Russia (1988). Participant of regional, zonal, all-Union, all-Russian and international exhibitions. Works are in the Museum-reserve "Abramtsevo", CPHIMS, Museum of Bogorodskaya factory, in private collections in Russia and abroad.
