.. Initially he was sent by his father to St. Petersburg to study at the mining cadet corps. However, poor health did not allow him to complete the training at a military school. In a year or two he throws the body and enters the Metropolitan Academy of arts "architectural class". Upon completion of the course of study of a young architect in the late 1830-ies returns home to Tsuruhaytuy. Here he meets with Governor-General V. Y. Rupert inspected the border guards. Alexander Evgrafovich liked the Governor and he invited him to Irkutsk on vakatnoe city architectoral Young, beautiful and educated architect, and besides, family ties (as was at this time Urazgildeev held the posts of border chiefs and chieftains of the Irkutsk and TRANS-Baikal Cossack regiments) produced by the Irkutsk secular society. Gradually Alexander Evgrafovich firmly established in Irkutsk, where on his own project, built a house and it has got a garden. As an architect, he spent a lot of efforts for beautification of the city. His projects have been built, in particular, Kuznetsovskaya hospital and women's Institute, and many private houses, including merchants Ostanina, Bald, Nyquist, Mikheev, and others. He is the author of crystal iconostasis of the Cathedral of Kyakhta. In between Alexander and his brother Andrew traveled to Europe, visiting Germany, France and England.
In 1880, Alexander Evgrafovich leaves the position of provincial architect and retiring. But the practice of architecture does not throw and is developing a project of the Irkutsk Cathedral. Unfortunately, the paralysis didn't let him finish this project. Died A. E. Urazgildeev in 1895 on 78 year of life.
Alexander Evgrafovich studied mining in the Nerchinsk mountain College and graduated, but the love of architecture brought him into the Saint Petersburg Imperial Academy of art. In the class of Professor of architecture Tones, he became one of the best students and won the silver medal for the execution of student projects 1837-39, In 1890 he returned to Transbaikalia. He was awarded the Gene.the Governor of Eastern Siberia V. J. Rupert and invited to work in Irkutsk. Here he fulfilled a number of interesting projects, state-owned, public and private buildings:
1. Kuznetsovskaya civil hospital (now the Regional children's hospital b.Gagarina,4)
2. Girls ' Institute (now the building of ISU. b. Gagarina, 20)
3. The building of the former provincial Treasury (Lenin, 1)
4. Stone residential building from the mid-19th century (St. Dzerzhinsky, 56)
5. Wooden mansion with a gate (Sverdlov, 20)
6. Crystal iconostasis of the city of Kyakhta)
From 1858 he was the chief architect of the Governor, and in 1862 was appointed provincial architect across the Irkutsk region in the rank of state Councilor. During the work Urazgildeev visited England, France, Germany to meet with the architectural schools in the world. He has been repeatedly awarded with medals:
1. SV. Anne 2 and 3 degrees
2. Stanislaus 2nd degree.
In Irkutsk he lived for about 50 years. 35 years as an architect.
