Biography and information
In 1821, the Academy of arts was admitted to the "assigned to" the project "concert hall". In 1825, the title of academician of architecture for "project invalid home for 250 people and ordinary 10 man staff - and Ober-officers of all the needs of such institution services, a garden and other facilities".
