Kotugin

Born in 1956 in the town of Susuman. In 1983 he graduated liizht.

In 1985 he left a career as an engineer, as a hobby became a life's work.

Fascination with carving, painting, sculpture, led to the idea to combine all this in a beautifully-dimensional space, where frames play an equally important role in supplementing and expanding the contents of the work before "nagsasariling level."
