Knud Bergslien (NOK. Knud Bergslien, rod. 1827. - um. 27 Nov 1908. Oslo) is a Norwegian artist and teacher.

They were a family with artistic traditions. Brother of the sculptor Brynjulf Bergslien and uncle of painter and sculptor Nils Bergslien. At the age of 18 years Berglin K. enlisted in the army as a soldier, as needed the facilities for learning drawing. Then the student at the Bergen school of drawing Hans Reuse. In 1844-1852 studying painting in Antwerp in the period 1850-1851 lives in Paris. From 1855 to 1869 studying and working in düsseldorf, belonged to the Düsseldorf school of painting. Subsequently cooperated with the Norwegian artist Hans Gude and Adolph Tidemand. After returning home, K. Bergson was Director of the School of painting in Oslo. In 1875 he was awarded the king of Sweden and Norway Oscar II with the order of Vasa.

Knud Bergslien was a master of portrait painting, and also wrote scenes from folk life and history of Norway.
