Tkadlec Frantisek, (Czech. František Tkadlík, rod. 23 Nov 1786. Prague - the mind. 16 Jan 1840. Prague) - Czech painter and graphic artist. One of the largest Czech portrait painters of the first half of the nineteenth century.
