He studied at the Academy of Arts from 1894 to 1899 at the ve Makovsky. Got two small silver medals from the Moscow school of painting. 2 Nov 1898 Academy of Arts, the title of the artist's paintings "Reception in a rural hospital", "Unfortunates", a Portrait of F. I. Bulgakov and both sides work. Was a pensioner since 1899 (Kondakov)

As a pensioner of arts visited Italy, France, Germany. Worked in St. Petersburg until 1906 Went to Tashkent. Member AHHR 1926-1930 (in Tashkent).

Exhibited in Academy of arts, molch, the Wanderers (1902-1910).

Works are in state Russian Museum, other regional museums.

1873 was Born in the village Kasimovo, Orel province.

1888-1894 study at the Moscow school of painting, sculpture and architecture.

1892, 1893 was Awarded small silver medals for the sketch and drawing.

1895-1898 Studies at the St. Petersburg Imperial Academy of arts, Vladimir Makovsky.

1898 Awarded the title of artist.

1899-1900 Pensioner of the Imperial St. Petersburg Academy of arts in Italy, France, and Germany.

1890s—1930s-Works primarily as a painter, wrote genre paintings, landscapes, portraits. Takes the graphic landscapes and portraits.

1900s Performs charity posters.

1906 trip from St. Petersburg to Tashkent. One of the first Russian artists are constantly working in Central Asia.

Teaches at Tashkent 1906-1910 In Real school;

In 1919 the Turkestan regional art school;

1921 In his Own Studio;

1926-1932, a Member of the Tashkent branch of the Association of artists of revolution, one of its organizers.

1930-1935 Taught in the Central Asian construction Institute.

1935 Died in Tashkent.
