Iwasa Matabay

artist from Kyoto, and studied from the masters of the schools of Kano and Tosa. Iwasa, Matabei the first to write a genre of paintings on subjects from the life of citizens. Pioneer the art of Ukiyo-e is considered Iwasa, Matabei, which was released as the glorified Coacu, from the school of Tosa. However, the scope of his art was present, it was called the Ukiyo Iwasa, Matabei "Matabei (singer) the mortal world."
