Johannes Evert Hendrik of Akkeringa (Born January 17, 1861 in the Dutch West Indies colony, the city Blingee. Died 12 APR 1942 in Amersfoort) was part of the second generation artists of the Hague school. Akkeringa primarily known for his paintings and watercolours of women and children playing on the beach, women repairing the network and we conduct intimate conversations at tea time.
