Born March 19, 1960 in Shymkent region Baidibek district in the village Ekpindy.
In 1981 he graduated from Shymkent Art College and in 2004 the Kyrgyz pedagogical University in Bishkek, Department of "fine arts and drawing".
A participant in exhibitions since 1985
Member of the Union of artists of Kazakhstan since 1992.
