Obvintsev Anatoly Aleksandrovich, was born in 02.07.1941, G. Satka Chelyabinsk region. In 1969 graduated from the Moscow higher art-industrial school (b. Stroganov).
Since the end of the mhais (b. Stroganov) in 1969 creative work combined with administrative and teaching activities.
In 1969, after graduating mhais was invited to work in, Penza on the position of the chief artist of the city. At the same time he taught at the Penza art College named. K.A. Savitsky, since 1970, been exhibited in the regional art exhibitions.
After moving in, Ulyanovsk in1972, was invited to the regional Department of trade, trade ads, which ran until 1976
In 1976, he was invited as a chief artist, Ulyanovsk, where he worked until 1984, during this period, he was elected Deputy of the district Council, Ulyanovsk.
In 1982, joined the Union of artists of the USSR (now the Union of artists of Russia). In 1984, leaving an administrative activity has moved to creative work. In 1986 he was elected as Deputy Chairman of Ulyanovsk organization of the Union of artists of Russia. In 1991-1993 was elected Chairman of the Ulyanovsk organization of the Union of artists of Russia.

Alvinzi Anatoly Alexandrovich takes part in all-Union, all-Russian and Republican, Zonal, Regional, regional exhibitions and International exhibitions of small graphics (bookplate) in Poland, Hungary, the GDR, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, Switzerland, Yugoslavia, Portugal.
Works in the technique of painting, graphics (woodcut, etching, aquatint, Burin engraving), applied art. Creative works are in the Ulyanovsk regional art Museum, Ulyanovsk oblast Department of culture, the Ulyanovsk regional library, in private collections in Russia, Poland, Hungary, Yugoslavia.
Alvinzi A.A. awarded by Diplomas of the Secretariat of the Union of artists of the Russian Federation for the creative contribution to fine art, Moscow, 1986, 2006), diploma of the city Hall, Ulyanovsk for contribution to the development and promotion of fine art, Ulyanovsk, 2006).
