Perepechai Victor V. was born 1 March 1944 in the village of Anninskoe Kirovohrad region. He graduated from the Kiev state art Institute (1976), teachers V. Puzyrkov, A. Plamenitskiy. Painter, member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine (1995). Participant of many regional, all-Ukrainian and foreign exhibitions. Works are in the museums of Kirovograd and private collections of many countries of the world.
