Vasily
Anatolyevich Korkishko

Vasily A. was born in 1961 in the village of Kuntsevo Poltava region, but for many years lived in Dnepropetrovsk. After Kharkiv art College in 1985 graduated from the Kharkov art-industrial Institute. After 5 years, after participation in the Republican and all-Union exhibitions in Kharkov, Kiev, Moscow, Korkishko became a member of the National Union of artists of Ukraine although claimed it then in Moscow, Union of artists of the USSR. Since the mid-1990s, Vasily A. becoming a participant of numerous Ukrainian and international exhibitions:
1995 - International Biennale of Ukrainian art "pan-Ukraine" (Dnepropetrovsk);
2000 - international Art-festival in Kyiv;
2003 - international plain-air of artists "Stubicke Toplice" (Croatia);
- exhibition "40 names" in Dnepropetrovsk;
2004 - international plein air of artists "Stubicke Toplice" (Croatia);
2005 - personal exhibition in the National gallery "Viseslav" (NIN, Croatia);
- personal exhibition in the Cathedral. Peter and Andrew Old (Zador, Croatia);
- personal exhibition in municipal gallery of the city of Camira (island of Vis, Croatia);
2006 - personal exhibition in the town of Fervor (Croatia);
- All-Ukrainian spring exhibition of fine art (Dnepropetrovsk);
- All-Ukrainian art exhibition "Magic colors of Dnepr" (Dnepropetrovsk);
2007 - XVI international plein air painters Ivano-Frankivsk-orebić (Ukraine-Croatia);
- All-Ukrainian art Christmas exhibition (Kiev);
- jubilee exhibition of fine arts DONSHU-50 (Dnepropetrovsk-Kiev);
2009 - all Ukrainian exhibition of fine art "Magic colors of Dnepr" (Dnepropetrovsk).
The artist's works are kept in Ukrainian culture Fund, are included in private collections of Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Australia, Cyprus, Croatia, USA.
