GOLDEN GATE

Description of the artwork «GOLDEN GATE»
"Golden gate" is made on motives of the ancient Central front entrances to the city (Kiev, Vladimir, Novgorod...). In their architecture, fortress architecture in harmony with the Church.
The author set himself a task to convey not only the beauty of the real architectural structures, how much the spirit that inspired their creators to work, serving and doing.
In this work were implemented all the findings accumulated by the author over several decades of creativity. Neat flat surface of the Foundation and the gates themselves were supplemented by walls of the forms, imitating logs. Wheat straws on the roof and the ceiling blends with gilded domes, and computer graphics in the openings is accented with glitter and Swarovski chains. Recent work has adorned the details of the sharp tips of the toothpicks and the base-stand from slices of juniper.
