Trucco was born on 25 September 1957 in Lugansk region, but all his childhood and Mature years were spent in Slavyansk. In 5 years the first time that Vladimir took up the brush. This in no small measure contributed to his father-the artist, who became his first teacher. Having received the higher art education trucco participated in exhibitions of Donetsk, Moscow, Italy, Austria, Poland. Created trucco V. L portraits, landscapes, still lifes possess a capacious content and attractive kind of difficulty. Since 1980 - participant of regional and regional exhibitions.
1993 - combines teaching and work in art school.
