The GREMITSKIKH Vladimir G. was born 14 Dec 1916 in Novonikolaevsk (Novosibirsk).
From 1932 to 1936 he studied at the Moscow art school of memory of 1905 Konstantin Klaudianova charges, then Mikhail Sokolov.
From 1936 to 1942 (with a break for the front), studied at the Moscow art Institute. V. I. Surikov such famous artists as Peter D. pokarzhevskii, Vasily Pochitalov, Igor E. Grabar and S. V. Gerasimov, whose Studio Vladimir Gremitskikh and graduated from the Institute.

Since 1944 VG Gremitskikh member of the Union of artists.
Since 1943 he is a permanent participant of almost all the Moscow, Republican and all-Union exhibitions.
Awarded diplomas MOSH RSFSR and IHO HF RSFSR.
Works VG Gremitskikh are in the State Tretyakov gallery, State Museum of defense of Moscow, Samara, Bryansk and Bashkir art museums, historical and art Museum of the city of Stakhanov, in the national exhibition hall in Yoshkar-Ola, the art Museum of the city of Nakhodka, in the art gallery of the city of Salsk, as well as in Magnitogorsk, Astrakhan, Orel, Belgorod and Yaroslavl.
There are paintings VG Gremitskikh and in foreign museums. In particular, the Museum Koremitsu in the city of Miki (Japan) is his work "lilac", acquired by the Museum in the now non-existent gallery "Gekkoso", located in Tokyo, in the fashionable district of Ginza, specializing in Soviet art.
Many of the works VG Gremitskikh adorn private collections in Russia and abroad (in almost all countries of Europe and also in USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea and Argentina).
When in 1994. came to Moscow, the then Vice-President al Gore, at the request of the American side of his apartment was decorated 14 works VG Gremitskikh and 2 by A. F. Tokareva from the collection of the artist's son Alexander Gremitskikh. Picture VG Gremitskikh also sold at auctions in London and Paris.
Vladimir Gremitskikh died 2 августа1991 year in Moscow.
In 2009, for his personal contribution to business of revival and strengthening of traditions of world culture and art Vladimir Gremitskikh was posthumously awarded the medal "Talent and vocation" International Association "the Peacemaker."
