Semechkin Paul S. (03.07.1923 R. G.) 4B, Painter, muralist. He also worked in the field of poster. He was born in Omsk, lives and works in Moscow. Graduated MGHI them. V. I. Surikov in 1953, studied with G. G. Ryazhsky. Since 1950, the Exhibitor of the Moscow exhibitions. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR (1958).
