Regina was born in 1974 in Brest. As a child, her parents brought her to Siberia, the city of Nizhnevartovsk, where she still lives. Here she attended an art school, after which she continued her studies at the Art and Graphic Department of the Tobolsk State Pedagogical Institute, now the University.
Participated in local and regional exhibitions. The work is with buyers in Russia, as well as in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
Predominantly works in oil and watercolor. He prefers to paint landscapes and people both in oil and watercolor.
