IF we imagine that we manage to study and understand unique quantum properties of Ether, then it is logical to assume that their influence on physical and mathematical laws of informational Noosphere can be mastered and used for further technological communication breakthrough. That's why we are especially interested in what principles and laws these structures appeared not only materially in our reality but virtually at the level of quantum entanglement as well. For instance legally organized into a fractal structure - a form of structure of quantum entangled wave system of Dark Energy interactions.
