Poster for the film "Into_nation of Greater Odessa." (Director Alexander Brunkovsky, producer Susanna Alperina.) This is one of the options, made in the technique of watercolor and gouache, using computer refinement. At the arch of the sky you can see the figure of the monument to the first mayor of Odessa, Deribas, and on the right side is the image of a snail, symbolizing an unhurried journey through the world of Odessa, with its own inner microcosm. In the central part of the house is a lighthouse. This is an allusion of a real house near Primorsky Boulevard in Odessa, where on the roof of a residential building there is set fire, visible for ships arriving at the port for miles. The index, in the form of a tree, with the names of streets of foreign states, speaks of the origin of Odessa - a city woven from architectural fragments and mentality of many peoples of the world. And even the cast-iron grate framing the index tree, such in Odessa from the 19th century surrounded tree trunks in the main streets - an exact copy-casting of the same gratings in Paris.
