1937, October 30. - Born in Moscow.
From 1960. - Started to draw. Special art education is not received.
From 1975. - Active participation in uncensored exhibitions in Moscow and Leningrad. There was not a single publication in the USSR, since the authorities considered his work anti-Soviet.
1976. - The first publications in the West. Member of the Moscow Committee of Graphic Artists.
1979. - At the direction of the KGB opened a criminal case on the dissemination of pornography.
1979-1983. - Stay underground. Numerous publications in the Western press.
1980. - Monograph publication in Paris.
1983–1985. - Arrest and departure of punishment in a criminal camp in the Arkhangelsk zone.
1983. - The release of the first book in Paris.
1986. - The first personal exhibition of V. Sysoev in the USSR (its curator was L. Bazhanov) in Moscow at the Medic House lasted 3 days, after which it was closed by order from above.
1986-1987. - Creating a great graphic series about Chernobyl.

1989. - Life in Germany.

1994 - Chief editor of the literary and art almanac “The Island”.
1995. - Member of the Russian PEN Center.
1995. - Work in the field of computer graphics.
1998. - Creation of a CD with 1400 of their works.
2003. - The publication in Moscow of the monograph "Everything is good mother."
2006, 2 March. - Vyacheslav Vyacheslavovich Sysoev died in Berlin.
2007, October - December. - Exhibition at the Museum and Public Center named after Andrei Sakharov, dedicated to the 70th birthday of the artist and the Day of the Political Prisoner in Russia.
