Born in the city of Kirov in 1964. At the age of 20 he worked as a senior artist in advertising and art catering workshops. For about 5 years, he was engaged in designing boarding houses in Yalta, where he became interested in marine paints and surrealism. Exhibitions of paintings in the style of Dali in the 90s Igor exhibited in numerous trips around Spain. In 1996 he was invited to the gallery of Buenos Aires in Argentina, and a year later he crossed the ocean again to work in Sao Paulo to paint an Orthodox church.
