The author was born into a family of doctors and geologists in 1963. Even at school, the author enjoys poetry, theater, ancient history and archeology, and later writing songs and rock music. The author’s first creative thinking lessons are held in Yalta’s music school No. 1 (class of wind instruments) and at the same time in Tomas Jebashashvili’s private art studio
In 1983, the author moved to study in Moscow.
By entering VGIK at the directing department, the author meets filmmakers from the directors of New Wave, Neorealism: Truffaut, Godard, Bonuel, Antonioni, Visconti, etc.) studies the art and drama of Parajanov, Wim Wenders, Fellini, Tarkovsky ....
Having caught directing and artistic features of avant-garde cinema, literature ... the author transfers these principles and ideas into the process of creating his works. In search of a universal artistic language, the author comes to the most relevant and most popular at that time genre for him.
Practicing a rare genre in the USSR at that time, the author meets the classics of the fine avant-garde, masterpieces of rock music, jazz, literature and the postwar forbidden art of Russia, the art of the 50-60-70-s of Europe and America. The author believes that at that time both the classics of the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, and the avant-garde of the early twentieth century influenced his creative views.
From 1984 to 1988, the author met with the brightest representatives of Russian Moscow artistic non-conformism and conceptualism.
Participates in banned then in the USSR, apartment underground exhibitions of Moscow artists. Writes scripts for plays and VGIK film projects, songs and music, creates scenery at the first concerts of the Moscow Rock Lab.
Since 1988, he has been creating an art group “South Pole”, which includes artists from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Talin, Kutaisi, Kiev, Yalta, Novosibirsk, Polotsk and other cities, then the USSR, and after the CIS. Against the background of the exhibition activities and projects of his art studio, for 30 years, the author collects a historical collection of avant-garde painting, graphics, photography, video art and calls this museum project “Four Parties”.
After a group exhibition in the Moscow gallery "ES-PE", the author was invited by French architect Jean Liu Nicolas to the project to France. But later Moscow again attracted the author, and he continues his activities and artistic practice in Russia.
The author is a member of the first three Moscow Biennale of Contemporary Art, participates in the project "BELIEVE" and in subsequent projects of the curator and artist Oleg Kulik and art historian Alexander Shumov.

Today the author continues his artistic practice, and at the same time he is engaged in organizing a new multi-media museum of modern art.
