Biography and information

Olga Pilyugina - Ukrainian artist.

1982 - born in Reshetilovka village, Poltava region.

1999 - graduated from the Reshetilovsk Art School with a degree in hand embroidery.

2002 - began to participate in the All-Ukrainian art exhibitions.

2005 - graduated from the Poltava National Technical University named after Yuri Kondratyuk with a degree in fine arts and decorative arts.

2007 - became the laureate of the IP Kotlyarevsky Prize.

2008 - the first personal exhibition took place.

2008 - entered the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.

2012 - began to receive a scholarship of the President of Ukraine for young masters of folk art, as a master of carpet weaving.

2013 - entered the National Union of Ukrainian Folk Art Masters.

2013 - received the Grant of the President of Ukraine for the performance of the creative work “Hetman's Kilim”.

2005-2015 - worked as a teacher at the Poltava Children's Art School. For her fruitful work she received three certificates from the Minister of Culture of Ukraine.

Since 2015, the artist in his own creative workshop.
