Description of the artwork «Bay of Salvation»

This picture is called "Bay of Salvation". This bay is really there. In Kamchatka. According to history, once upon a time, the founding ships of St. Peter and Paul arrived for the development of the Kamchatka land, and they were met by a steep, unfriendly rocky shore with a strong current and powerful waves. A strong storm rose and the ships were thrown on the rocks. And when the team had already lost hope of salvation, a gulf opened before them, into which they entered. It turned out to be a calm bay in which it was possible to anchor and wait out the storm. Thus, the team was saved, and the bay was called the Bay of Salvation.

And, in continuation of the topic of meetings, I think: who knows, if life has given such a wonderful opportunity to meet a loving heart and love with all your heart, then this is salvation? For the soul. For life. For myself. For another. Meet each other in the raging ocean of life. And be together. Stay together A miracle!)

Canvas on cardboard 60x40, acrylic. I think that in a thin frame-baguette will be just right)

PS The picture will soon go to your new home. What I am very, very happy. And grateful.
