Like all masters of his generation, Ibrahim Kamilov considers himself an authority. Since 1975, he worked independently at the factory. In 1989 -1996. - The main artist of the Rishtan ceramic factory. Master in painting products, works in collaboration with Mahmud Azizov - Kuzagar.
In 1994, he trained in Japan, created over 80 works in the workshop of the teacher Isokichi Asakura, the master of the Kutani school. In 1994 and 1996 - personal exhibitions in Komatsu (Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan). In 1997 - participant of the World Ceramics Exhibition in Komatsu. Members of the family of Alisher Nazirov - wife Rano Nazirova (born in 1958), brother - Bakhtier Nazirov (born in 1961), nephew Jakhangir Nasrullaev (born in 1975), joined the mastery. Pupils: Khusanboy Isanov (b. 1966), Dadahon Dekhkanov (b. 1966), Mavsum Mamadzhonov (b. 1963), Khayet Rakhimov (b. 1975), Ikram Kambarov (b. 1975). Since 1986 he has been actively participating in exhibitions in Uzbekistan and abroad. The works of Alisher Nazirov are included in the collections of the State Museum of Art of Uzbekistan, the Directorate of Art Exhibitions of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, the Ferghana Regional Museum of Local Lore, the State Museum of Oriental Art in Moscow, the Museum of Ethnography in St. Petersburg, the Asakura-san Ceramics Museum in Komatsu (Japan). Since 1991 - member of the creative association of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan. Since 1997 - Member of the Association of Folk Masters of Uzbekistan "Hunarmand", Chairman of the Rishtan Regional Branch of the ASMU "Hunarmand".
