During World War II, a child lost 80% of his hearing. Since then he began to draw. Received the specialty of a builder. In the 70s, he restored Tashkent, destroyed by an earthquake, where he began to attend a folk painting studio. Moved to Moscow. After retirement, he began to write professionally.
