Konstantinovich Rozhkov

Russia • born in 1933
Born and raised in the Tambov village of Delnaya Dubrava. He worked in Moscow as an electrician, received a head injury, at age 26 became an invalid. In 1967-1972 he received consultations at ZNUI. He paints pictures from memory, without preliminary sketches. Most of them are landscapes: “My teacher is nature,” Rozhkov says of his work.
