Born in the suburbs of Kiev in the family of an accountant. She worked as a nurse in Moscow. She began drawing in 1963. In 1965-1970 she received consultations at ZNUI. Kotlyarevskaya’s works, created using the watercolor technique, convey the fabulous world of animals and plants.
